Its been a POOPY day

Warning:  Please DO NOT read if easily grossed out, TMI below I'm sure. Just venting



Today has been a poopy day for sure. Where should I even start. My sweet Logan has had the "runs" for a week and half now. Its slowly getting better. He was going about 10+ times a day but now down to about 4 or 5. He never had fever, had some spitting up occasionally, generally acted the same until recently. He just started to become extremely fussy, all day and at night would wake in horrible pain until he did his numbers. Went and saw the Dr. on Monday, he thinks that it was just virus and it usally lasts a week, so hopefully it was coming to an end. However it has gone on another 4 days so, we had to take a dirty diaper to the hospital to be tested. Results in 2-3 days.

Well the first part of my poopy day, we were in the kitchen and Logan was in his highchair playing while I was making lunch. He became so fussy, so I got him out and sat him on my lap to calm him when I noticed that I felt wetness all over me and him. I turned him around and he a mess that went through his diaper all over his clothes, all over his legs and back, (now all over me). I then happened to look in the highchair and there was a load of slim in his chair. It doesnt take much to make me sick but it was so much I felt sick. I got Logan changed and clean and then had to tackle the highchair, took the water resistant cover off and the "runs" had soaked all the way through.

I sat down with Logan and was glad that whole mess was over til..... Landen wakes from his nap and says he has to do his poopies so bad. He heads to the bathroom. I really didnt think that he had to go bc he just went before his nap and he always says he has to go then he toots on the potty and says hes done. Anyways he come out the bathroom completely naked and says hes done and needs help. I head that way with logan in arms and I get to the bathroom and my mouth drops. I had to sit logan down. Landen has hard time doing his numbers, he sits funny on the potty when going number 2 and also gets off before "its" done. so there on the floor is lots of poop, he scooted off before wiping and so smeared poop all over the toliet and then all over him and down his leg. But not only that he stepped in his pooped that was on the floor and walked down the hall so I also had to clean poop foot prints up. WOW that was alot of poop.

Well the day could only get better from here, right? At least no more poop ........ well I couldnt be more wrong. I went down stairs to the landuary room to wash the poopy highchair cover, logans poopy clothes, and landens poopy socks. And there I saw it.... more poop. the drain down stairs I guess got clogged and so water came up out of the drain and then went back down later but left behind some toliet paper and lots of turds.

All I can say is what a poopy day I had and I was glad it was over. I will spear you with pics, but yes I took pics. I know I am gross but I just wanted to show that my day is not made of roses, and its alot of work. Thanks for letting me vent.

I cant help but to take LOTS of pictures of my sweet baby, he has come such a long way to finally become a happy baby so everytime I get a chance I take a picture. He loves playing on the floor with tons of toys. He also loves to drink out of a straw with his own cup. Everytime he sees me get a drink he throws a fit until I give him his sippy! Hes such a stinker but I love it. Hope you enjoy some of these pictures as much as I love taking them!
